Subclass 309 – Partner (Provisional – Offshore)
For spouses or de facto partners applying from outside Australia. Must be combined with Subclass 100.
Subclass 100 – Partner (Permanent – Offshore)
Permanent visa following the Subclass 309. Generally granted after two years, unless exemptions apply.
